The plan in one glance
What the site is for, in order of importance.
- Promote the driver app. Waitlist now, Google Play button after launch.
- Recruit mechanics. An application form now, the Rydeabl Pro button after launch.
- Company info. About, contact, terms and privacy.
Drivers in Ontario
Want to know: what it costs, what you do, where you work, and whether they can trust the mechanic. They join the waitlist now and download after launch.
Mechanics in Ontario
Want to know: how jobs come in, how and when they get paid, and what they need to join. They apply now and download Rydeabl Pro after launch.
Not on the website
- No booking or payments. That all stays in the app.
- No logins or accounts.
- No live chat or dashboards.
Your questions, answered
The questions from your brief, in order. Price we've already sorted between us.
Which platform, and why?
A custom-built site (Astro) hosted on Cloudflare, with a simple editing panel at /admin. It's plain, lightweight pages, so it loads fast on mobile data. There are no monthly builder fees, and you can change text, services, prices, FAQ and store links yourselves without touching code.
Running costs after launch?
About $0/month. Cloudflare's free tier covers hosting, the form database, spam protection and visitor stats. The only cost is the domain renewal you already pay. No plugins or platform subscriptions.
How long, and what do you need from us?
A working preview within days. Launch then depends on your inputs:
- Your answers and assets from this page (app screens, logo if any, prices, cities, mechanic details).
- Feedback on the preview.
- Terms and Privacy text, plus the Play Store links before the switch.
How many design rounds?
Two design rounds, plus unlimited text and content edits. You can make those yourselves anyway once it's live.
How do we switch to "download the app" on launch day?
In the editing panel, open Site settings, paste the two Google Play links, set Launch mode to Live, and save. The whole site updates in about a minute: buttons, messaging and areas served. Try the Before/After switch at the top of this page to see exactly what changes.
Where is form data stored, and how do we export the waitlist?
In a database on your Cloudflare account. The waitlist, mechanic applications and contact messages each download as a spreadsheet (CSV) from a private admin link, ready to email everyone on launch day. Each signup records the consent checkbox and time, which Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) requires. Every form also emails you when someone submits.
Who owns the design, code and accounts?
You own all of it: the design, the code, and the Cloudflare, domain, analytics and email-list accounts. We build on our side for speed, then transfer everything to accounts in Rydeabl's name before launch.
Site structure
The whole site is one scrolling page. The menu links jump to each part. Only the legal pages live on their own addresses, because Google Play and the apps need those exact links.
One page: rydeabl.com
- Hero the first screen
- Trust strip vetted, price up front, warranty, insured
- How it works 3 steps
- Services with price display
- Area checker
- For mechanics offer, 3-step apply, requirements, how pay works, application form
- FAQ drivers and mechanics
- About
- Contact form
- Footer
The order can change with your audience pick below. If mechanics come first before launch, the mechanics part moves up under the trust strip.
Separate pages, on purpose
Google Play and both apps need these exact addresses.
Short link for mechanics

Jumps straight to the mechanics part of the page. Handy for recruiting ads and sharing.
Home page: your picks
Every choice that changes the design has a live preview right above it. Tap an option and watch it change. The whole page comes together further down.
Why we suggest A: in a marketplace, the people doing the work come first. If a driver opens the app on launch day and finds no mechanic nearby, they won't come back. Mechanics take the longest to recruit, so before launch is the time to do it. The driver waitlist still sits on the page, and its numbers become the pitch to mechanics ("X drivers waiting in your area").
Your hero headline. With option A, before launch, the hero uses the mechanic headline. Pick it in the For mechanics section below.
After someone joins the waitlist
The "thank you" screen. A good moment to ask for one small extra thing. Turn each part on or off and watch the preview. It is only shown before launch.
For mechanics section
This part of the page is where mechanics learn what it is, check they qualify and apply. It follows the launch switch too. The headline you pick here is your hero headline when the page leads with mechanics (option A, before launch). Otherwise it heads this section.
Company details and legal pages
Services, FAQ, about and contact are sections of the one page. Terms, Privacy and Account deletion stay separate. We write the first draft of all the copy and you approve it.
Legal pages (separate): Terms, Privacy, Account deletion
Great, we'll use it. Worth a quick lawyer check before launch, and the privacy policy has to match what the apps actually collect. Google Play compares it with the app's Data safety form.
Great, we'll use it. Worth a quick check before launch. Google Play compares this page with what the app really does when someone deletes their account.
Optional extras
Small additions you can switch on or off. Our research found each of these on other pre-launch and marketplace sites. We say which ones we'd pick. The small preview dims when an extra is off.
The whole page, with your picks
Here is the full site on a phone and a computer. It reflects every choice above and the launch switch. Tap Menu in the mockup to jump between parts. Section order follows your audience pick.

What we need from you
Send what you have. No need to do it all at once. Tick what you'll send and add a note if you like.
Domain
- Tell us where the domain lives: GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare or somewhere else.
- Add Igor's email as a member with DNS access. You don't need to give anyone a password.
- No passwords over WhatsApp or forms. If a password truly has to be shared, send it as a Bitwarden Send link (it expires after one view) and change the password afterwards.
- Nobody touch the
apirecord. It runs both apps. Changing or deleting it breaks them.
Next steps
- You send your answers and files.
- We build the site with your choices.
- You preview it on a private link and tell us what to change.
- Launch day: we move everything into your accounts, you flip the switch.
